Custom automation and software

For small businesses and professional firms. We start from how you really work, then build the tool that takes the repetitive work off your hands.

Every week someone in your company copies data from one file to another, hunts for attachments in emails and redoes last month’s summary. Those are hours software can give back to you.

If off-the-shelf software solves your problem, we’ll tell you on the call. We only build custom when it’s worth it for you.

  1. First, you tell us how you work.

A free call where you show us the process that’s costing you time.

  2. Then we analyse it with you.

We find where time is lost, what can be automated and what can’t.

  3. You get the price and timeline in writing.

A clear proposal, before any commitment.

  4. We build, deliver and support.

We update you every two weeks, or whenever you ask, so you see the work as it grows.

How we work, in detail

From by hand to done

A typical example: orders arrive by email, someone retypes them into the management software, then updates a stock spreadsheet. With an automation, each order is read, recorded and counted on its own. You only check the exceptions.

A real example: Quadro

Quadro is a personal finance application designed and built by Giovanni. It reads bank statements (CSV, Excel, OFX), classifies transactions with configurable rules and shows budget, net worth and an end-of-month forecast. These are the same problems we solve in companies: reading different files, classifying data, showing only what needs attention.

We have also automated a process for an accounting firm.

How much time are you losing?

Answer six questions and work out how many hours a month your company spends on repetitive work. The calculation runs in your browser: we save nothing until you write to us.
