How we work

You always know where we are, what it costs and what comes next. Here are the steps, from the first call to support.

  1. The introductory call, free.

About 45 minutes online: you tell us about your business and show us the process that wastes your time. After the call you get a one-page summary of what can be automated, what can’t and where to start.

  2. The process analysis.

Together we look at how you work today: who does what, with which software, where time is lost.

  3. The written proposal.

You get what we’ll do, what we won’t, the upfront cost, the monthly fee and the timeline. Nothing starts until you approve.

  4. Development, with regular updates.

We show you the work done every two weeks, or whenever you ask, so you can change course early.

  5. Delivery and training.

We install, explain it to the people who will use it and leave written instructions.

  6. Maintenance and support.

The monthly fee keeps the software monitored and updated. Other work has a fixed price, agreed beforehand. We fix our own mistakes for free.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost?
There’s a one-off upfront cost for development and a monthly maintenance fee. A pilot automation starts at €900 plus a monthly fee from €50; complete business software is a very different project. That’s why the quote comes after the analysis, in writing and free of charge. Indicative prices, VAT excluded where applicable.
Where do we start?
Usually with a fixed-price pilot automation: a single process, a result you can check, before any larger project.
How do we pay?
30% when you sign the proposal, and the rest only when the automation works as agreed.
How long does it take?
A simple automation can take a few days, business software a few weeks or months. The exact timeline is written in the proposal.
Do I have to change the software I use?
Usually not. Where possible we connect the programs you already use instead of replacing them.
Do you work with companies far away?
Yes. We’re based in Thiene (VI) and work remotely across Italy. When it’s really needed we come in person in Veneto, Lombardy, Piedmont and the rest of northern Italy.
Is my data safe?
We only use the data the project needs, protect it with personal accounts and never pass it to outside services without your consent.
What if the way we work changes later?
The software gets changed. That’s one of the advantages of custom.
Who owns the software?
You do: source code and data. The generic components we reuse across projects remain ours, with a perpetual licence for you.
What does the monthly fee cover?
Monitoring, security updates, backup checks, small configuration changes and answers to questions about use. New features and other work not covered have a fixed price, agreed beforehand: €40 for a small change, €100 for a medium one, and a written quote for larger work. External service costs (servers, email sending, cloud services) are paid by you, with no mark-up.
What if there’s a bug in the software?
If it’s our mistake, we fix it for free for 24 months after acceptance, even without the monthly fee, and after that for as long as the fee is active.
